Editorial Abstract

Celebrating its 60th year of publication in 2012, FliegerRevue is a member of the German Air and Space Industry Confederation (BDLI), with major editorial sections being devoted to: civil aviation; general aviation; the air and space industries; technology; space; and military aviation. Another strength of FliegerRevue's editorial content is its comprehensive coverage of eastern European aerospace and aviation markets. FliegerRevue also publishes a quarterly contemporary and historical aviation magazine, FliegerRevue Extra, and a special issue to coincide with the important Berlin Air show, the ILA Guide. Reader surveys indicate that 23% of the readership are professionally active in the air and space industries, with 34% describing themselves as either senior executives, company owners, professionals or self-employed.
